- 2 medium Eggs
- 2 slice Cheese
- 1/2 cup Lettuce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Olive oil extra virgin
Crack the eggs in a bowl, add in the seasonings and mix it.
Add oil to the skillet, and pour in the egg mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip the side, and cook on the other side. Set it aside
Assemble the lettuce leaves in a plate like bread pieces. Add the cooked egg and cheese slices inside the egg.
Wrap the lettuce to make sandwich wraps with the egg and cheese places inside.
