- 2 medium Egg
- 3 leaves Spinach
- 2 pieces Mushrooms sliced
- 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 2 pinch Salt
- 2 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Crushed Red Chilli
- 2 tsp Olive Oil extra virgin
Wash and slice whole mushrooms, and wash the spinach leaves. Set aside the veggies
Beat the eggs, add in the spices, and mix it all.
Place the oil in your non-stick pan. Then pour in the egg. mixture. Cook it on one side and flip over.
Add in the veggies, and cheese slices. Then half flip the cooked egg. Make a sandwich of egg wrapped around veggies and cheese. Remove the egg wrap when the cheese melts. Serve it hot!
