The meal covers healthy food portions of all staple food nutrients. Oats and rusks cover the carbs portion, Milk from dairy, peanut butter and nuts from fats, and granola or flakes from protein. Although honey add an extra sweet source, but it’s a healthy ingredient and can be added in minute amount.
