Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Egg
  • 3 leaves Spinach
  • 2 pieces Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 2 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Crushed Red Chilli
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil extra virgin

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice whole mushrooms, and wash the spinach leaves. Set aside the veggies
  • Beat the eggs, add in the spices, and mix it all.
  • Place the oil in your non-stick pan. Then pour in the egg. mixture. Cook it on one side and flip over.
  • Add in the veggies, and cheese slices. Then half flip the cooked egg. Make a sandwich of egg wrapped around veggies and cheese. Remove the egg wrap when the cheese melts. Serve it hot!
