Ingredients
- 2 medium Egg
- 3 leaves Spinach
- 2 pieces Mushrooms sliced
- 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 2 pinch Salt
- 2 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Crushed Red Chilli
- 2 tsp Olive Oil extra virgin
Instructions
- Wash and slice whole mushrooms, and wash the spinach leaves. Set aside the veggies
- Beat the eggs, add in the spices, and mix it all.
- Place the oil in your non-stick pan. Then pour in the egg. mixture. Cook it on one side and flip over.
- Add in the veggies, and cheese slices. Then half flip the cooked egg. Make a sandwich of egg wrapped around veggies and cheese. Remove the egg wrap when the cheese melts. Serve it hot!
